Their model is simple: get the best GPs, specialists and diagnostics all under one roof, and give people access to it at the lowest possible cost. It’s a total game-changer; for the patients, and the industry as a whole.
But communicating the new model that wasn’t that easy. The existing website was confusing and ambiguous; a virtual rabbit-warren of red tape. There were also multiple audiences to consider; the patients, the doctors, and the government and non-government stakeholders.
